Raul Pardeilhan was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He holds an Argentinian and Italian passport since his family roots are European. In Buenos Aires, he finished his studies at the «Instituto Leonardo Da Vinci» oriented in commercial business . After he studied for 4 years at the University of UNLP in Buenos Aires with the major in Business Administration.

Having a work offer from an Italian company after starting his carrier as an actor in Buenos Aires he moved to Milano where he was living for 5 years working for the best Italian brands.
He has been based in China for the last 10 years. Feeling at home in China he established Shining Tigers Production in Hong Kong. As a successful actor, model, producer and DJ. He has worked with elite brands and many 500 fortune companies.

As a International cultural exchange ambassador he has connected business, media, fashion and entertainment between leading countries like EEUU, Italy, Argentina and China. His mission is to allow people and projects to shine brighter globally.
As a visionary and with his extensive experience working in the fashion industry he has recognized the importance to bring awareness to the way we consume and produce fashion products. He is currently working on a conscious Digital Platform and APP with sustainable values and ethics.
He has been working in an international environment as a professional actor and male model in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland , United States of America, Argentina, Uruguay, Thailand, Philippines, and more than 9 years in Chinese and HK markets doing fashion productions, cultural and corporate events.
